Delete Your QOTA Account
You can permanently delete your QOTA account at any time, directly from within the app. This page explains how to do it, what gets removed, and what information may be retained for legal or regulatory reasons.
Delete your account from the app
- Open QOTA
- Go to Settings
- Select Delete Account
- Confirm deletion
Can't access your account?
If you're unable to sign in, you can request deletion by emailing support@qotapro.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request." Please email us from the address associated with your QOTA account so we can verify the request.
What happens when you delete your account
Deleting your account permanently removes or anonymizes the personal information associated with your QOTA account — including your profile, contact details, and account preferences — except where data must be retained for legal, regulatory, fraud prevention, payment, tax, dispute resolution, or security purposes.
Data we may need to retain
Any information we are required to keep — such as transaction records, invoices, dispute history, or records needed to comply with financial, tax, or law-enforcement obligations — is retained only for as long as required by applicable law or our legitimate business obligations, and is then deleted or anonymized.
